Eligibility and acceptance

Caxel is for adults aged 18 or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using Caxel

Caxel helps you organize clothing, manage garment photos, compose and save outfit boards, explore styling ideas and record what you wear. Availability can depend on your device, operating system and the app version.

Outfit images and previews are visual references. They do not guarantee a garment’s fit, sizing, color accuracy or real-world appearance. Background-removal quality depends on the image and supported device features.

Your content and local storage

You retain your rights in the photos and other content you add. Only add content that you own or have permission to use. You authorize the app to process that content on your phone as needed to provide the features you choose.

You are responsible for keeping copies of content you wish to retain. Caxel does not provide cloud backup for your Caxel. Deleting content, resetting app data, removing the app or losing your device may make local content unavailable.

Optional subscriptions and coins

Some services may require an in-app subscription or coins. The purchase screen and Apple’s confirmation sheet identify the applicable product, price and, for subscriptions, duration and renewal terms. Review them before confirming.

A subscription does not automatically include coins or waive separate coin charges unless the specific offer expressly says so. Opening a feature or reading these pages does not itself authorize a purchase. The Membership Agreement explains the separate rules for paid services.

Acceptable use

Do not use Caxel to infringe another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the app’s operation or misuse purchase and entitlement mechanisms. Do not copy or redistribute Wardrobe’s protected materials except as permitted by the applicable license or law.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy using the navigation at the top of this page for the information-handling terms. Your system permission choices remain under your control. Permissions are requested for the related features.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the app functional, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated or discontinued subject to applicable law and any rights associated with an existing purchase. These terms do not exclude consumer rights, statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the app or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Ending use and resolving concerns

You may stop using Caxel at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use your Apple Account subscription settings to manage renewal. Any restriction on use must respect applicable law and your existing consumer rights.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the app or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove mandatory rights relating to past purchases.
