Privacy Policy

The information we collect

Under this policy, Caxel collects only the following categories of app information:

• User ID: the identifier used to associate your coin balance and subscription status with your use of Caxel.
• Coin information: coin purchases, credits, balance, spending and adjustments needed to provide purchased features.
• Subscription information: the selected product, purchase and renewal status, relevant transaction references, validity period and cancellation or refund status needed to manage access.

We use these limited records to provide paid services, maintain balances, verify entitlements and address purchase issues. We do not use them for advertising or sell them.

What stays on your phone

Your garment photos, clothing details, cutout images, outfit boards, wear history and personal display preferences are stored and used on your phone. Under this policy, Caxel does not collect or upload this content, location data, contacts, browsing activity, advertising identifiers or analytics data.

Processing a clothing image takes place on your device. Choosing a photo or saving an outfit to Photos does not authorize us to upload your photo library. We do not provide cloud storage or cross-device synchronization for your Caxel content.

Permissions and your choices

You choose which photos to import using the system photo picker. Saving an outfit to Photos requires the relevant permission. You can manage available permissions in your device settings. Declining photo access may prevent the related import or export action, but does not require you to share the rest of your library.

Purchases and service providers

Subscriptions and coin purchases are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Caxel does not collect your payment card or bank details. Apple handles payment information under its own policies, independently of Caxel.

Only the user ID and the coin or subscription information necessary to deliver or verify a purchase may be processed for that purpose. We do not share Caxel content with advertising, analytics or image-generation providers.

Retention and local deletion

We retain the limited purchase-related records only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve transaction issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified.

You can remove garments and saved outfits using the app’s controls. The reset action removes local Caxel content and may also remove the locally recorded coin balance and theme unlocks; review the confirmation carefully before proceeding. Local content cannot be recovered by us. Exported images in Photos are managed separately by you.

Deleting the app or resetting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Your privacy requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of the limited information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

Send privacy requests to coleramsey6@icloud.com. Provide your user ID only where needed to identify the relevant purchase records. Do not send garment photos, payment card details or unrelated personal information. A message you choose to send is used to handle your request and is not an additional category of app telemetry.

Adults only

Caxel is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information through the app from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so that we can review and address the issue.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information processed. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in an updated policy and, where required, communicated before they take effect.
